Sales Lead

For our client, an early-stage B2B SaaS company operating at the intersection of AI and iGaming, we’re looking for a hands-on, go-getter Sales Lead to join as their first commercial hire.

Their product is a powerful no-code analytics platform built specifically for iGaming operators – including sportsbooks, casinos, and lottery platforms. With embedded AI agents trained on industry-specific logic, it empowers operators to make faster, smarter decisions through intuitive dashboards, forecasting tools, and KPI builders.

Currently in the early commercial phase with pilot customers already onboard, the company is now ready to scale and build a predictable revenue engine with you as the driving force behind it.

About the Role

This isn’t a role for someone who needs a playbook, it’s for someone who wants to write it. You’ll be starting from scratch: no pipeline, no sales team, no processes. But what you’ll have is full support from product-minded, collaborative founders and the chance to truly shape how the company goes to market.

It’s a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role with the potential to evolve into a leadership position as the business grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on real feedback and insight

  • Design and execute outbound sales strategy

  • Identify prospects, initiate contact, lead discovery calls, and close deals

  • Collaborate with founders on sales materials, pitch strategy, and positioning

  • Feed insights back into the product and go-to-market teams

  • Build a scalable, repeatable sales process from the ground up

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or data/analytics solutions

  • Solid understanding of or experience in the iGaming industry (must-have)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re curious, proactive, and figure things out

  • You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments

  • Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly

  • You’re not afraid of outreach, experimentation, or a bit of chaos

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previous startup experience where you helped build something from zero

  • Exposure to data or AI-driven products

  • A track record of high outbound activity and building strong pipelines
