CRM Manager

The Opportunity

We are searching for a dynamic CRM Manager to spearhead high-impact campaigns that drive both acquisition and retention. This role is instrumental in crafting and executing campaigns that resonate with players across multiple emerging markets. As a key member of the CRM team, you’ll be working cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution and drive optimal engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and deploy targeted CRM campaigns aimed at increasing player retention and acquisition.
  • Oversee and optimize promotional initiatives, ensuring they are well-aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to maximize campaign impact.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver top-tier player experiences.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Conduct end-to-end campaign tracking to evaluate execution effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance player engagement and campaign participation.

Compliance & Process Management

  • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure ethical execution of promotions.
  • Maintain a structured, well-documented approach to CRM project management.
  • Support the execution of independent CRM projects as needed.
